PLEASE READ THROUGH THE FOLLOWING AND CHECK OFF ALL BOXES TO AGREE TO TERM
I understand that if I am accepted as a vendor, I will receive an invoice for my booth fee or deposit (if applicable). This invoice must be paid within 48 hours to officially secure my space.*
I understand that I may apply for one market at a time and that I am not required to book all dates or locations at once.*
I understand that Fairy Rad Sister Markets (and/or the event host) cannot guarantee sales or profit for my business.*
I understand that I am responsible for providing everything needed for my booth, including tables, chairs, displays, signage, and any other setup materials.*
I understand that it is mandatory to display a sign with my business name. Any color EZ-up canopy or umbrella is acceptable.*
I understand that I am fully responsible for my booth and supervising all activity throughout the event. Fairy Rad Sister Markets and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.*
I understand that my booth is expected to look professional, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.*
I understand that if I am no longer able to attend the event, my booth fee is non-refundable. Credit transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis with at least 7 days’ notice.*
I understand that this is a rain or shine event, including outdoor markets. If an event is canceled due to weather, a credit will be honored. No refunds will be issued.*
I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with all applicable state and local laws, permits, and best-business practices.*
I understand that professionalism and respectful behavior are expected at all times. Fairy Rad Sister Markets reserves the right to prohibit future participation if community guidelines are not followed.*
